Socks are MANDATORY for both parents/guardians and children. Shoes and bare feet
are not permitted inside the facility.

If you arrive late, your party will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Party durations are either 2 or 3 hours based on your selected package and
include access to the party rooms and playground.

Once your scheduled party time is over, you must vacate both the party rooms and playground.
Additional time will incur extra charges ($40 per 15 minutes).

Party packages may be upgraded or downgraded depending on
room availability and with sufficient notice.

Loot bags MUST be distributed at the exit; please do not hand out candy inside the playground.

Confetti, silly string, play doh & glitter is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in both party rooms and playground areas.
A $45 clean-up fee will be charged if confetti is used.

All pizzas must be ordered through Kidz Play in LaLaLand. No outside pizzas are allowed.

Please ensure the party rooms are left tidy. A $60 clean-up fee will be applied only if
the rooms are assessed to be left in an untidy condition.

We ask that you respect our facility: dispose of your garbage properly and help
keep the playground clean.

Any damage or misuse of the facility will incur additional charges accordingly.

Cutlery is NOT provided. Please remember to bring your own.
